The Kachina Village Improvement District (KVID) will host an open house Monday, March 11, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Highlands Fire Department located at the corner of Old Munds Highway and Mountainaire Road. KVID staff, Coconino County Board of Supervisors District 3 Supervisor Matt Ryan, members of the KVID Citizens Rates and Governance Advisory Committee, and others will be on hand to answer questions about the transition of the utility to the residents of Kachina Village.
